Our mission statement
Develop consumer relevant products, innovative packaging, and efficient processes that provide for the sustainable growth of our business, and which consistently satisfy consumer and customer quality expectations.

 

Welch’s Research and Development and Quality Assurance Departments work collaboratively around the world in three primary types of relationships:

• Licensing Agreements

• Marketing Ventures (Co-packing, Joint Ventures, etc.)

• Direct Export

Our Partners
Currently, we have licensing partners in Canada (Cadbury Schweppes) and Japan (Calpis), Korea (Nong Shim ) and a marketing ventures in the United Kingdom (Gerber Foods Ltd.) and China (Great Lakes). We export directly to Hong Kong, Korea, the Philippines, Singapore, the Caribbean, and Latin America.

Our Teams
Our Product Development, Process/Package Development, and Quality Assurance Teams work closely with our partners to assure product quality and relevance in their markets.

     

We also provide training for our business partners’ personnel at our Technology Center.
